Cooking Tips for Spanish Chicken Rice

However, are taste Chicken recipes with Rice confused not worry here I will give tips for chicken rice in Spanish style.
Spanish Chicken Rice: - This item widely popular for taste and flavor. In big hotels and restaurant this item is available.
Olive Oil 2 Tbsp.
medium onions, 2 chopped
cloves garlic, 2 crushed
stalks celery, 2 diced
medium red/green peppers, 2 cut into strips
mushrooms, 1 cup chopped
uncooked wholegrain rice 2 cups
boneless chicken breast, 3 pounds cut into bite-sized pieces, skin removed
Salt 1½ tsp. salt (optional)
low-fat chicken broth 2½ cups
Saffron or SazónTM for color
Tomatoes,3 medium chopped
frozen peas, corn, green beans 1 cup
Olives/capers for garnish (optional)

Take the Olive oil as per above instruction in non-stick pot and put on LPG stoves with medium heat.
Now add dried onion, cloves garlic, green peppers, and mushrooms, in the olive oil and now heat this mixture, continues stir and 3 to 5 minutes.
Now add boneless chicken breast with salt, saffron, and tomatoes and bring
water in this mixture for boil the chicken. You can also add some Indian masala like cumin seeds, chili powder, coriander powder, and turmeric powder for taste and flavor.
Now cook it with medium heat until water is absorbed then after rice in this mixture and hit it until 20 minutes.
Now you can mix frozen peas, corn, and green beans and cook its for 7 to 10 minutes. Now everything is hot and you thinks its cook well then take it from gas and decorate it with capers for garnish
